According to the investigation, the head doctor of the maternity hospital, Elena Belaya, forced neonatologist Elina Sushkevich to administer a lethal dose of magnesium sulfate to a premature baby in order to keep hospital statistics favorable. They are accused of murder. Meanwhile, doctors are fighting to save tiny Andrey, who was born too early and weighs only 640 grams. Anya and Dilya have been challenging the system for years: their children were born prematurely, and now they must fight for their right to be included in normal life. Worldwide, families can refuse resuscitation for a premature baby, but only in Russia and Turkey do neither parents nor doctors have this option. Does saving such a child always lead to happiness?
