Film tells about molokans living in Fioletovo & Lermontovo located in Armenia. They save their own traditions and try to keep the world honest. Over the years they communicated with the Armenian population of nearby villages, they have preserved their customs, traditions and have not merged with the locals . The Molokans do not marry other people, and that is why they have preserved their national identity for centuries. The main hero of the film is the blind old man by whom we get acquainted with the molokans. The people are telling about themselves, that's what we see through both speech and action.
