Technical requirements
1. Format HD
- Resolution — 1920x1080 (also acceptable 1280x720)
- Container — .mp4 (codec H.264), .mov (codec H.264)
- Frame rate (fps): 25 fps or 24 fps / 23,976 fps / 29,97 fps / 30 fps
- Мах. bitrate video — CBR 20 Mb/s (NO MORE)
- Audio — AAC, ac3
- Audio Data rate — 320 kbit/s, Audio Sample rate — 48 kHz

Effective sound level: -10dB (peak -3dB)

Dynamic range: 25 - 30dB

Integrated LUFS volume: -18 ... -21
- Subtitles — .srt (embedded subtitles are not accepted)
Untranslated titles and speech in any language except Latvian must be subtitled in Latvian or English. Dialogue list with timecode is required.
File size should not exceed 20 Gb.
2. Format SD
- Resolution — 720x576 (aspect ratio - 4:3), 1024x576 (aspect ratio 16:9)
- Container — .mp4 (codec H.264), .mov (codec H.264)
- Frame rate (fps): — 25 fps or 24 fps / 23,976 fps / 29,97 fps / 30 fps
- Мах. bitrate video — CBR 7500...9800Kb/s
- Audio — AAC, ac3
- Audio Data rate — 320 kbit/s, Audio Sample rate — 48 kHz
- Effective sound level: -10dB (peak -3dB)
- Dynamic range: 25 - 30dB
- Integrated LUFS volume: -18 ... -21
