Maria Makeeva — editor-in-chief of OstWest TV channel. Starting career in Moscow (Russia), 13 years on Radio, then 8 years as presenter and 1st deputy-editor-in-chief of Dozhd TV channel (TVRAIN). In Germany in 2022 her Ukrainian/Russian/German team received The Promotional Prize from Deutsche Nationalstiftung, which honours people and organizations for the work for democracy, social participation and cohesion in Germany and Europe.
Svetlana Rodina — independent documentary filmmaker. She received a higher philological education in Kazan, then a director's education in Moscow. She worked as a reporter and presenter on the RTR channel, as the editor-in-chief of the documentary department of the United Media Group. In 2017 she emigrated to Switzerland, since 2021 she is a member of the Schweizer Filmakademie/Académie du Cinéma Suisse. The documentary "Lost island" (produced by DokLab GmbH, Switzerland) won many European and international festivals, including Artdocfest and Hot Docs (Toronto).
Tanya Kisilevsky — one of the founders, general producer and chief director of the RTVi TV channel. Tel Aviv University lecturer in Film and TV Directing. Lecturer at the International Institute of Arts MILHAUZ. Member of the GPO, Israel Journalists' Union. Her documentaries have received recognition at 52 international festivals.
