Ivars Seleckis — Latvian cinematographer and film director. Board member of the Latvian Filmmakers' Union. Worked on more than 30 documentary films, directing many of them, and was also a cinematographer for several feature films. In 2005, he was awarded the Order of the Three Stars. In 2014, together with his wife, film editor Maija Selecka, he received the Lielais Kristaps Award for Lifetime Achievement.
Christine Camdessus — Сhairwoman of Jury of NIPKOW (Berlin) and member of EDN and of EFA. Since June 2018, Christine is Managing and Artistic Director of FIPADOC. Former CEO of Gaumont Television, who launched her own documentary production company Alegria in 2001.
Sevgil Hayretdın Qızı Musaieva — Ukrainian journalist, editor-in-chief of the online publication "Ukrainian Pravda". A 2019 Nieman Fellow at Harvard University. Between 2011 and 2013, she was a correspondent for Forbes Ukraine magazine, and in 2014, she launched the business online publication Hubs and served as its editor-in-chief. She has won the "Pressзвание Business Circles Award" five times.

Inara Kolmane — Director and producer of documentary and feature films. At the 2018 Lielais Kristaps awards, her film Bille was recognized as the Best Feature Film. In 2023, she released the biographical drama Mother’s Milk. She is a member of the Latvian Producers Association, the Journalists’ Union, the Cinematographers’ Union, as well as the European Film Academy (EFA) and the international film organization European Documentary Network (EDN).
Filipp Kruusvall — Documentary Film Commissioner at the Estonian Film Institute. Filipp has worked as a programmer for DocPoint Tallinn Documentary Film Festival since 2009. Film critic and member of the Estonian Association of Film Journalists. A political scientist by education his passion is cinema.
Arūnas Matelis — Lithuanian documentary film director. In 1992, he established one of the first independent film production companies in Lithuania, "Nominum". In 2006 Matelis became a full member of European Film Academy with the right to vote.
