Every evening on the outskirts of Kaluga there is a group of grandmothers-members of voluntary people’s patrol. Almost all of them are over eighty. Armed with red armbands and a formidable word, they go out to restore order in the area. It has become much more difficult for local drunkards to drink in the yard.
